ABOUT THE COMPETITION

USAID’s Tourism For All Project in partnership with the Dili Institute of Technology (DIT) invites young Timorese university students under the age of 30 from all 13 municipalities of Timor-Leste to participate in the public speaking competition.

Each student will be asked to present their views on what Turízmu Ba Ema Hotu means to them. The topic must also be related to one of the Five Pillars in the National Tourism Policy: Priority, Prosperity, Protection, Partnership, and People.

The DIT team will announce the competition on Wednesday, 20th March 2019.
